Our Tool Design & Development capabilities are well-equipped with top-of-the-line software which includes NX, CREO, Solid Works, CAD/CAM, and so forth. Our design team works in close coordination with the client from the product design stage itself to optimize the process for large-scale manufacturing of parts.
We have in-house tool manufacturing facilities. We also work closely with our associate tool rooms in India as well as the rest of Asia to manufacture high-quality Tooling. This helps us in delivering consistent quality products to our customers.
Our sprawling Press shop has Pressed up to 500 Ton capacity of globally renowned brands, which allows us to process the material for diverse and challenging applications. We have 60+ press machines mechanical & hydraulic.
We offer customized metal fabrication which includes welding for diverse component applications. We use numerous welding techniques involving MIG, Projection, Robotic, & Spot Welding. To increase process efficiency and uniformity, we have created many SPMs in collaboration with renowned manufacturers. Manufacturing welded parts is one of our key productions.
We have an in-house machine shop consisting of a Drilling Machine, Grinding Machine, Deburring Machine, and Flattening Machine which helps us in delivering ready-to-use components to customer production lines.
